MJSP consultants have extensive experience offering unique and practical services to a wide range of clients, ranging from small to medium businesses through to large national and international corporations.

I have been with MJSP for 12 years and I have seen it all. The joy of being a consultant means I’ve had the privilege of working across all industries from construction through to health care, from hospitality through to real-estate. I’ve worked across all Business Management Service Pillars and there’s nothing I enjoy more than the constant challenge and change of pace consulting brings to the table every day. My professional career has been about supporting organisations through growth, challenges and change.
My role as Managing Director at MJSP means I will ensure that our services to you are timely, professional, practical and straightforward. I am supporting our MJSP Management Consultants team to ensure they have what they need to help you grow, adapt and overcome whatever challenge you and your organisation might be facing. My main focus is that you get what you need from MJSP when you reach out to us and supporting you is our whole team’s main objective.

Mike Swartz
Partner
Mike is a seasoned Executive, with over 25 years’ practical senior management experience in both private and public sectors, built from a base in financial services. In a career spanning the Banking and Finance, Legal Services, Insurance, Energy, GOC’s, Owner Managed Businesses, Community Services, and Not-for-Profit Sectors, Mike has gained a unique and comprehensive view of business and people management. Mike is equally adept at providing advice, guidance and support to employees and employers alike, and has a long and successful history in both State and Federal industrial arenas.

Tracey Richards
Office Manager
I have over 20 years’ experience in client relationship management and customer service. At MJSP I have been told I am the heartbeat of the organisation. Having worked with a range of organisations across not-for profit, public and private sectors I have brought my wealth of experience to the everyday challenge of managing our office. I support both our team and yours in accounting, policy development, administration, and client services.
I not only work as Office Manager but manage our client services and business service operations from behind the scenes. Often being the first point of contact for our client base I am always in constant communication with our clients to ensure they have everything they need from our organisation. My experience and commitment not only support the team of MJSP management consultants to deliver better services to clients, but is highly valued by the team and our clients.

Suellen Blake

I have spent over 20 years in Human Resource Management working across many industries, from privately owned family businesses, in communications, property development, childcare and sports science to a global service provider. Now I am bringing my knowledge and expertise to the team at MJSP with the focus to exceed client’s expectations. My operational experience, client focused approach and ability to understand client’s needs, will ensure I consistently deliver the best possible outcome for you and your business.

Edward Quirk
Business Development Consultant
Edward has been involved with MJSP for over 5 years. Having previously been involved as a Project Manager and Advisor in the area of Property Management he is now MJSP's Brand Ambassador and Client Liaison Officer in Japan and further abroad. Edward is working closely with our Japanese clients and growing business network to develop the MJSP presence abroad and in Australia. While pursuing his professional rugby career, Edward promotes and advises clients on the services and business applications provided by MJSP Management Consultants Brisbane . Edward is currently finalising a degree in International Business Relations and is quickly developing his fluency in the Japanese language.

Anna brings over 30 years’ experience in delivering outcomes in multiple industries; Multimedia Education, IT Project Management, Financial data security, not-for profit and global service providers. Anna has driven business process improvements, managed global teams, ensured alignment with industry compliance, and trained staff in ERP/CRM programs.
