Employee Assist
MJSP can help your organisation identify, assess and engage the Employee Assist Program provider that best fits your needs.
We support you through the full process, including researching suitable providers, aligning their services with your organisational requirements, coordinating engagement, and encouraging ongoing utilisation so employees feel comfortable accessing the support available to them.
Workcover Management
There is strong research to suggest the longer an employee is away from their job the less chance they have of returning to their job.
MJSP work with the employer, the employee, medical and allied health professionals to integrate the employer back into the workplace.
Return to Work Assessment
As part of our corporate health and wellbeing services, MJSP conduct appropriate duty and workplace assessments so you can be sure your employee can return to work ready to perform their job safely and effectively.
Health and Fitness Programs
A range of group and personal programs have been developed by MJSP Exercise Physiologists that can be tailored to meet your workplace needs.
Following personal and individual health and fitness assessments tailored programs will be established and monitored by apps and Self-Paced support packages.
Work Group Clubs
MJSP has established a series of Work Group Team Building Programs. These programs focus on encouraging employee teams to identify a recreational activity that workgroups volunteer and become involved as a team.
These initiatives improve employee communication and foster a greater sense of team spirit and co-operation.
Absentee Management
Employees have rights to access appropriate leave to manage any illness or unplanned absence from work. It is important however that this right is not misused or abused.
MJSP can assist employers set up Absentee Management Programs to ensure absence from work is monitored in an appropriate manner.
