Madeline brings over 12 years of experience with MJSP, having worked with organisations across a wide range of industries including construction, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate. Throughout her career, she’s supported businesses through periods of growth, challenge, and change, with hands-on experience across all Business Management Service Pillars.

As Managing Director, Madeline is responsible for ensuring that MJSP’s services are delivered in a timely, professional, practical and straightforward manner. She leads and supports the consulting team to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to help clients navigate complex organisational needs. Her core focus is ensuring clients receive meaningful support and outcomes that align with their goals, with a strong commitment to partnership and positive impact.
