MJSP deliver training programs tailored specifically to the individual needs of our clients. Our tailored process begins with pre-training interviews/surveys designed to scope the specific needs of our clients, followed by the development of learning outcomes, which form the basis of the training session or series.

MJSP offer an interactive and practical learning experience. A typical training session is structured as follows.

  • Learners are presented with clear and meaningful learning objectives.
  • Learners are then taken through an interactive and engaging learning experience based around these objectives.
  • Specific learning interactions are chosen based on the learning objectives. An example could include industry-specific case studies, group-discussions and role-plays.
  • Learning objectives are re-visited at the end of the session and learners are encouraged to test the knowledge and skills gained in practical settings.
