The Audit process provides employees within an organisation the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on a range of key issues, whilst providing an organisation with a ‘snapshot’ of employee views, feelings and opinion. The intent of the audit process is to properly identify key issues with a view to developing and implementing sound recommendations to address any areas of concern.
- Audit tool distributed directly to employees for completion and return within a set timeframe;
- Data review and collation;
- Development of report containing Audit results, findings, analysis and recommendations.
The Audit process is particularly useful prior to the conduct of Certified Agreement or in workplaces which have experienced considerable change or upheaval. Often new Managers engage our services to gauge an understanding of the organisation when they commence. |
