MJSP can work with the Board of Directors and the Executive staff to develop a Strategic Plan for the organisation. A plan that:

• outlines the organisations Vision for the future
• establishes its Mission and purpose for being
• defines the Values that are important to its culture
• determines its Key Result Areas for success and the deliverables from this initiative.

The Strategic Planning process is something all Board members need to be involved - in setting a plan for the future which further establishes the measures for review and accountabilities for initiatives.
