Through significant employment and management consultancy nationally within the private and public sectors, Mark has gained a unique insight into business management from an employee, middle/senior management and Board perspective, and is able to establish effective working relationships with all parties.
Through experiences in dispute resolution, Workplace Agreement negotiation and involvement in a wide variety of employee related issues, Mark has developed a reputation for building positive and effective working relationships with Boards, Executive Managers and employees and their representatives. Mark effectively and continually demonstrates an understanding of key issues as they arise between parties and provides strategic advice and guidance to assist in direction formation. Mark contributes a high level of mediation and conflict resolution skills in the negotiation process to create fair and equitable outcomes, maintaining the integrity and dignity of those involved.
With consulting expertise in health and community services, finance, transport, manufacturing, public utilities, state and federal government, and human services, Mark has a wealth of knowledge and skills upon which to draw.
Mark holds qualifications in behavioural science and business management and is a Graduate Associate with the Institute of Company Directors, Accredited Mediator with the Australian Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators, and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Human Resources Institute.
