Jenny is committed to delivering high quality human resource management, industrial relations and employee relations advice and has worked within a variety of industries including finance, call centre, professional services, mining, manufacturing, not-for-profit, health and aged care, child care, and indigenous community groups.

Jenny provides practical, realistic advice and management tools which are based on years of industry experience. Her interventions are designed to be user friendly and tailored to each organisation’s needs. Jenny’s specialty areas include:

  • Conduct of workplace audits for the identification of Human Recourse and Industrial Relations compliance and risk assessment
  • Identifying HR and IR gaps in an organization and developing strategies and tools designed for improvement
  • Improving performance through performance management coaching, process development and implementation
  • Encouraging consultation and communication at the workplace level to improve morale and employee engagement
  • Providing training, facilitation and development to management and employees in HR and IR skills
  • Resolving conflict at the workplace level through coaching and interventions
  • Conducting workplace investigations
  • Facilitating and designing team building activities
  • Designing and facilitating change management strategies and strategic planning
  • HR and employee relations advice and legislative compliance

Jenny is passionate about sharing and developing HR skills and knowledge in both management and employees, with the intention of improving our workplaces and how we interact with each-other. Jenny encourages participation and learning in the training room, and developing true understanding in participants.

With experience in conflict resolution, Jenny assists people with workplace problems to be pro-active in their resolution, and to focus on what is practically achievable as a path forward. Using a variety of HR tools to support organizations in a structured manner, Jenny is able to assist managers and employees contain and resolve issues at the workplace level. With experience in advocating in employee relations issues and in conducting workplace investigations, Jenny has a clear understanding of the focus for disputes and the importance of legislative compliance as a risk-management measure.

Jenny has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Accounting, with a minor in Ethics. She is qualified as a Workplace Investigator and also has qualifications at Certificate IV level in Training and Assessment.
