Our Workplace Relations service assists employers deal with the more technical and compliance related issues (eg. application of legislation, agreement making, commission representation, agreement and award compliance matters etc), the prevention and effective management of workplace disputes and workplace conflict (eg. workplace investigations, mediation, dispute resolution).
At MJ Smith & Partners, our focus is on employee consultation, using the Agreement negotiation process to build a foundation upon which employees and management agree on the terms and conditions that suit the business and that meet the needs of employees in the workplace.
